2025 Residential Assessment Rate and Payment Options

RESIDENTIAL ASSESSMENT RATE  

The 2025 Residential Annual Assessment rate is $260. Statements will be mailed out on January 13th, due February 14, 2025. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Personal or Business Check

Send a physical check using the pre-addressed envelope provided.

ACH/Direct Debit

To sign up for ACH/Direct Debit:

  1. Complete the direct debit form available on our website under the Documents & Important Info tab. Navigate to “Documents” and select “Financial Information.”
  2. Submit the completed form via email to admin@mrpoa.com or drop it off at the McCormick Ranch office:
    9248 N 94th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

Alternatively, you can add ACH information directly online by logging into your password-protected account at:
https://members.mrpoa.com/.
Note: There is no charge for this service.

Online

Make payments online using one of the following options:

  1. Visit http://myhoavms.us (you will be required to log in twice during the process).
  2. Use the MRPOA app, downloadable from the Apple Store or Google Play by searching for “MRPOA.”
    • Register your account using the MRPOA Community Code: m22c520 and your account number (found on your bill).
    • Once logged in, access the Residential Portal to view and pay your bill.

Processing Fees:
Credit card transactions incur processing fees based on the transaction amount. For example:

  • A $260.00 payment will have an associated fee of $8.14 (approximately 3.13%).

E-Checks

Property Owners using electronic banking services (e.g., where your bank sends a paper check to the lockbox) should ensure the mailing address and property account number match the details on your statement.

LATE PAYMENTS

  1. Delinquency Date: Assessments not paid by February 28, 2025, are considered delinquent.
  2. Late Fee: A late fee equal to 10% of the Annual Assessment will be applied to all delinquent accounts.
  3. Interest: Accounts delinquent for more than 45 days (after March 31, 2025) will incur interest at 12% per annum, compounded quarterly until paid.
  4. Notice and Claim of Lien: A Notice and Claim of Lien will be filed against delinquent properties 90 days after the due date. A $120 fee will be charged to the delinquent account for processing and recording the lien.
