2026 Residential Assessment Rate and Payment Options

RESIDENTIAL ASSESSMENT RATE

The 2026 Residential Annual Assessment rate is $265. Statements will be mailed on January 9, 2026 and are due on February 13, 2026.

Send a physical check using the pre-addressed envelope provided.

ACH / Direct Debit
To sign up for ACH/Direct Debit:

  1. Complete the Direct Debit form on our website under
    Documents & Important Info > Documents > Financial Information.
  2. Submit the completed form by email to admin@mrpoa.com, or drop it off at:

If you use electronic banking services where your bank mails a paper check (e.g., bill pay), please ensure the mailing address and your property account number match the information on your statement.

LATE PAYMENTS

    1. Delinquency Date:
      Assessments not paid by February 28, 2026 are considered delinquent.
    2. Late Fee:
      A late fee equal to 10% of the Annual Assessment will be applied to all delinquent accounts.
    3. Interest:
      Accounts delinquent for more than 45 days (after March 31, 2026) will incur interest at 12% per annum, compounded quarterly until paid.
