This Portal is designed to guide homeowners through MRPOA’s process of selecting and submitting exterior paint colors for Association approval. If you have questions at any time during this process, please call the office at 480-860-1122, ext. 200. MRPOA staff are also available for in-person assistance with the online portal process at the Association office located at 9248 N 94th St., Scottsdale, Arizona 85258. Click Sherwin Williams Pre-Approved Paint Schemes for a .pdf with links to Sherwin Williams paint schemes approved for specific roof colors. Once you have found a paint scheme you like, download the selection and submit it with your completed Paint Application. 

All schemes in the visualizer are based on SHERWIN WILLIAMS paints. Once you have found a paint scheme you like, click Dunn Edwards Pre-Approved Paint Schemes, where you will find comparable Dunn Edwards paint schemes. If you would like to see Dunn Edwards color swatches of each scheme, you can use their website, select “Arizona”, then “Scottsdale”, then “McCormick Ranch (roof color)” and then click search. You may also paint match using the paint brand of your choice; however, paint match samples must be submitted prior to painting.

*Colors may appear much lighter on the building than reflected on-line. Visit the Association office or the appropriate local paint showroom to view actual paint samples.
