The McCormick Ranch Landscape Master Plan was approved by the City of Scottsdale in 2016 and will serve as the basis of the scope of work for the proposed McCormick Ranch Parkway Median Improvements from Scottsdale Road to Hayden Road. The approximate length of the project is 1.25 miles. The Traditional Oasis theme will remain, focused on maintaining the existing turf grass coverage, adding new palms (smaller variety) to the new, modernized planters, and complementing the planter walls with additional low water-use, seasonally colorful shrubs, groundcover, and perennials.
