MRPOA Stay Healthy Policy

Pursuant to recent Executive Orders from Governor Ducey, requirements by the City of Scottsdale, updated guidance from the Arizona Department of Health Services, and guidance from the CDC, Department of Labor, and OSHA, the McCormick Ranch Property Owners’ Association is taking the following measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.  We appreciate your cooperation and patience with these efforts.

  • Visitors to the MRPOA office and employees must practice physical distancing of six feet.  Please be mindful of this requirement when choosing where to sit during any MRPOA Board or committee meeting.  The MRPOA may require visitors to change seats or may block off some seats to ensure physical distancing.
  • Face coverings are currently required by the City of Scottsdale for most persons when in public.  Face coverings are required for all persons within the MRPOA office or other facilities that contain 10 or more people who are not able to maintain a distance of at least six feet between them.  MRPOA employees who work outside must use face coverings when physical distancing by at least six feet is not possible, or as required by the City, state or other government entity.
  • MRPOA employees who are sick must not come to work.
  • Visitors to the MRPOA and MRPOA employees will be assessed regarding potential COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival to the MRPOA office or at the commencement of their workday.  Those symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of breath.  Employees reporting Covid-19 related symptoms will be sent home.  Visitors reporting these symptoms should stay home and communicate with the MRPOA through email or by phone.
  • The MRPOA has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting the MRPOA offices, work areas and other shared spaces.  Employees must cooperate with these efforts and should not share each other’s equipment, keyboards, or telephones.  All persons should be mindful when touching common surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, and handrails.
  • The MRPOA continues to encourage employees to practice good hand hygiene, including frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer and tissues.

This policy shall be in effect until further notice.  It is also subject to change given the fluid nature of these concerns.  Again, thank you for your cooperation and patience.
