McCormick Ranch’s 2015 Annual Assessment for single family properties is $200.00 and is due Friday, February 13, 2015. Commercial Assessments/Special Use Fees are also due Friday, February 13, 2015. Invoices are mailed to all owners the second week of January. Payments can be made by mailing a check payable to MRPOA to PO BOX 61115, Phoenix, Arizona, 85082-1115, by ACH by logging into your account here and securely entering your checking account information or online through the MRPOA’s bank website at http://www.washingtonfederal.com/Business-Banking/Association-Banking.aspx. The Association name to select when registering is McCormick Ranch POA Inc. When you pay by credit card, there is a processing fee. MRPOA offers a grace period for payments. Any payments received after February 28, 2014, will incur a late charge.
